During last five years The Pirates and Doctor's Order have done quite a few successful tours together in Finland. Already in 2007 a six track mini-album "Doctor's Order with Mick Green: "Cutthroat and Dangerous" (Goofin' Records) was released, Johnny Spence guested on one track. Also in October 2008 they did a special Doctor's Order anniversary tour with Johnny Spence as a guest vocalist.
One thing led to another and here comes the NEWS: Now Johnny and the doctors have made an album together. Johnny Spence & Doctor's Order: "Full Throttle No Brakes" features a stunning set of rock'n'roll, rockabilly and rhythm & blues. The sound is tough, rough and pretty big, or should we say huge. There's 13 tracks, all classic rock'n'roll songs picked for the album by Johnny and his fellow finnish docs. The kind of songs that have originally been performed by such artists like Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Mungo Jerry, Hayden Thompson, Elvis, Cliff Richard, Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Johnny Kidd and others.
"Full Throttle No Brakes" is truely a unique and historical release. The first solo album ever by Johnny Spence, backed by Doctor's Order. A great rock'n'roll record indeed!

This time the band really rocks and rolls and the sound is BIG or should we say GRANDE.
Album features 17 new performances, 13 brand new songs, besides those there are four cover songs, two from Dr Feelgood and two from the Finlands finest; The Ronski Gang.
There are also some special guest on the album. Pete Gage is singing "Tanqueray" and a brand new song "Sweet Disposition" written by him together with Hämäläinen, Nättilä and Tuominen, Pete also plays some mean harmonica on both tracks. Harry "Ronski" Sjöblom is another very special guest on our album, he's delivering amazing vocals on two tracks, "Down At The Doctors" and "Hitch Hike", the latter being his own song,
a classic Ronski Gang song. Ensio Takamäki plays some mean harmonica on the album, and Mr. Pertti Palmu plays some stunning saxophone on the album too. This great sounding albums' 21 tracks were recorded live last summer in Pieksämäki at
Savonsolmu Beach & Blues Party. It features Finland's greatest rock'n'roll/rhythm
& blues trio at its best and meanest. The album features the current line up with
Archie Hämäläinen on guitar, Teddy Bear Nättilä on bass and vocals and Dirty-Harry
Tuominen on drums. There's also four bonus tracks recorded live last February in Pori at
Club 19. 73 minutes of rock'n'roll and rhythm & blues.
THE REAL THING (Doccd 3002)
This is trio's second studio-album that was released in September 2002. The second edition
is almost sold-out, luckily still a few copies are available. It features 14 songs, three
carefully picked cover songs, the rest are band's own material. A special guest Kaj Erik
Ensio Takamäki plays mean sounding harmonica on eight tracks. 49 minutes.
This is band's first album that came out originally in November 2000. It was a sold out item for a quite long time. It was rereleased at the end of 2003, and is now available with remixed and remastered sound. It also features 11 bonus tracks recorded live for finnish radio in February 2002.

These two live-albums were released in summer of 2003. Only 100 numbered copies of both were made. They are sold out items now, and are not available anymore. Sorry.
