You are cordially invited to attend the Cassidy Family and Friends Reunion, on Sat., June 25th 2011,the Cassidy Family and Friends Reunion which includes the associated families, Clanton's, Crowley's, Roscoe's, Brown's, Johnson's, Perdue's, Wilkerson's, and ALL others associated (kin and friends) will hold their annual gathering at Cross Roads Baptist Church Fellowship Bldg - 4963 Cross Roads Church Rd, Ruby, SC 29741, Hwy.265 West, which is approx. 9 miles from Hwy. # 145 Chesterfield, SC. The Fellowship Bldg. is air conditioned and well equipped. The meeting hall will open at 9AM for registration and fellowship.

Bill Cassady will be speaking on one of his mysterious subjects, as his request; please do not bring rotten fruit to throw.

Cynthia Wells, NC regional coordinator and speaker for the International Society of Genetic Genealogists [ISOGG] and noted DNA matching lecturer will do a presentation on y-DNA chromosome projects.

Bill B. Brown, family historian, will give a presentation on the Carolina Sandhill National Wildlife Refuge and bombing range in Chesterfield County, SC.

Every family member is urged to attend and to inform others of the gathering. Please bring a covered dish and drink to be shared. Cups, plates, ice and utensils will be provided. We will have lunch at about 1 PM.

Céad Míle Failte - Welcome to the 20th Anniversary Cassidy Clan Rally. We would like to welcome you all to County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, the ancestral homeland of all Cassidys to celebrate the heritage, ancestry, and gathering of Cassidys.

The weekend events promise to be full of Irish, Fermanagh, and Cassidy culture and heritage including the Inauguration of An Caisideach on Devenish Island, Storytelling, an art exhibition, the Clan Banquet, Devenish Summer School, and an afternoon bus tour.
