Mentioned below can be classified in three groups:

  • physicals
    • jogging (weekly all-year)
    • stretching (a shade of yoga)
    • gym (excluding summer)
    • cycling (summer)
  • mental
    • thinking
    • reading (very little)
    • variations of semi-conscious transition states
    • playing the guitar (used to)
  • relaxing
    • sleeping (usually w/snore & w/out dreams)

    As possibly noticed, the last group is dangerously deficient.
