This man has the
ability and experience to communicate with the nature forces, feel the
harmony and cycling of the universe. His name is Hank G. Howell.
He lives in Grand Forks, B.C. That majestic place has beautiful
surroundings with mountains which, I suppose, can reinforce the
spiritual perceiving and ability to been channeled and guided. I'd like to introduce Hank Howell's collection of thoughts
printed in his book Time Of Change (© 1996). My special thanks go to my
cousin Gatha who introduced us each other and arranged the author's

THERE IS NO TABLE OF CONTENTS
How does one put everything in book form when there is no thread of continuity? The subject matter within this book is all related in one way or another to what is happening today, tomorrow, and what everyone deserves to know. More and more persons are becoming aware of these changes, as they are now beginning to awaken as to the reason they are here in this lifetime, and they are confused as to the real purpose they are here.
The collection of thoughts herein, is from notes I have made over the past several years. Some have been channeled directly from those in the universe; other thoughts have come through as I have outlined beginning on page 128 (chapter Being Channeled). This is as good a place to start as any, if only to help you understand that there are many of those within the unseen universe that do help all of us in one way or another.
This private printing is to help others to further themselves in their spiritual efforts. I myself have been guided throughout my life, and have been known to be 'bonkers' on several occasions. Today, due to many others asking many questions as to why this, why that, why, why, why, and so on, prompted me to put my collection of notes and experiences together just for you.

INTRODUCTION
Our planet was cleansed in the past during the time of Noah and his Ark. Earth went into another orbit, another era, another dimension in time and space. The earth was cleansed at that time and life began anew. This time Mother Earth will be the Ark and everything changes, and when everything changes, everything changes.
Everything in the universe runs in cycles. We are now cycling out the old understanding, into a new understanding. Replacing the old dimensions and rising into new dimensions in time. To be able to do this we must be cleansed to withstand this transition from the old into the new. Everything is being stepped up in vibration and frequency to bring about this evolutionary process we are now going through.
Mother Earth has been raped, denuded, and exploited by mankind. Our world has become negative in so many aspects because we had forgotten there was only the one God, only the one Source of everything, and only the one Creator. All plans for the entire universe has been held up, and retarded by our own ambitions and selfish desires. A dimensional shift is already under way, a transition is about to occur whether we are ready for it or not.
The universe, under the guidance of our Creator, is being prepared for this great change of our futures into a new place in the universe, into a higher dimension in time and space. Everything is now being prepared for this magnificent movement and its transition into the future. As it was in the past, this is a natural occurrence, this a natural transition in the evolution of mankind.
There is much to come about in the next five or so years. Mother Earth is now getting ready to move into a new position within the universe, whether we are ready or not. We have been dragging our feet too long for the past two centuries in not paying attention to those messages that have been coming our way. Everything has been speeded up with doors opening no matter which way we turn. It is not a need of knocking anymore, the doors are open for us.
The universe is trying to get our attention. The universe is trying to help in everyway they can. The universe is trying to communicate with everyone of us. We need to pay close attention to what is coming in so we can learn to communicate with them. Our brain cells have been lying dormant while the universe has done everything but hit us over the head with a 2 X 4, or a ball bat to get our attention.
By awakening to what has been going on around us, it will change everything you ever believed in. What is occurring to your body is also occurring to your brain cells. By learning what is coming forth in this world, you will have new pathways of consciousness, new realities, new options and ways of living, along with being yourself.
Please understand that all people on this earth are not consciously going through this phase of awareness and understanding at the same time. Each individual is exposed to different information and processes at different times when their purpose in life comes into play for them.
This book contains a mixture of guidance from the universe plus many of my own experiences. I am sharing these with you so that you may also become a seeker of the Light.

By living in the world of choice we have the power to create and do. We evolve towards each other participating once again into the consciousness of the unity of all life.
Every decision we make, we choose whether we make it for the small self or seek the Divine guidance and follow that. The choice is not something you make and it becomes permanent. Put this to the test and see for yourself whether it is of the truth.
Life is not really complicated. It is simple and simplicity is something others make complicated.
What is coming to you is of the highest and all is more or less in line.
Look at a child; it lives for the moment, enjoying it for the moment with no worries for the morrow and what it might bring. Your attitude makes it one or the other.
We are told to turn in, to seek God within, to seek the Christ within. But this within-ness is not contained in the physical body, which would limit it. It is in all dimensions of space and time, it is the infinite, the eternal now. We turn away from the outside world, the material world that so many believe to be the reality and the only reality. We are to seek that true reality which is within and everywhere.
Communication is easier with God and His people when your creative power is flowing.
Walk and talk with Him, again and again. This is the relationship He longs to have with all of His children.
Whatever you have, use it as a gift from God. Know there is plenty more where that came from. These gifts are unending.
You will cease looking ahead; you will cease looking behind. You will live to the full.
As your needs are met, give constant thanks.
It does not necessarily mean that what is received is of the utmost importance to the world, or even to you. The meaning and importance may be a bit or part of similar messages that came during the process of enlightenment and learning experience.

Channeling is often brought about by a word, a picture, a bit of music; even sane form of art or sculpture.
We all are being opened to higher dimension through cellular changes of our body tissues from energies we receive from the universe and from the earth. As above, so below.
Habit is what you create for a situation and then carry it over to similar situations.
The spirit finds in you a partner, and to the degree that you are aware of this and act upon it, your life is enriched.
If one is willing to search within themselves, go beyond their present understanding, and look at new ideas that are through to the earth, they will grow greatly with it. Those that cannot will be left by the wayside.
Our creation forges ahead not only unimpeded, but also accelerated.
We know ourselves to be far more than just our physical bodies. We have an etheric body as well as other higher bodies.
All creation works in what we call mantras. In movements that produce sound and make a pattern, working up to a certain pitch. By these moves a certain quality of life force is produced.
Sometimes those who believe in these things can and do communicate with the unseen in brief glimpses. This simple awareness is open to anyone who seeks it.
It is the total connection that must be initiated from the other side when it is required, or desired by mutual needs.
Toss a pebble into a pool of still water. Watch the ripples as they expand in circles. You are the pebble and the circles are your surrounding higher bodies. Each one is of a higher frequency than the smaller ripples. This illustrates that whatever is done in your physical body it reacts the same way, at the same time, in all your ethereal bodies. Your vibration is unique to you regardless of the frequency it vibrates at.
It is important to keep your physical body fit and healthy so God can use it at any time. Some form of exercise daily is necessary. What is done is more important than how it is done.
No longer need you to be controlled by events, by your power of thought you control them. This power can be used only when there is no self-left to mar it. Used by that higher part of you, only good can be drawn to you and you can create only good.
His wonders are to be manifest in form. Be still and know there is a God. Your need for Him is constant.

He who would embody and wield the will of God must be absolutely harmless and unable to harm another through willingness, lack of love or ignorance. This does not mean that love cannot destroy forms in order to give greater forms a chance to be born.
Power must be expressed through the Law that embodies love, wisdom, awareness, and attunement to the One. To do God's will you must see with His vision, know with His love, live with His life. It is as simple as that; it is not a complex pattern.
Some people say there is no evil; it is only your way of looking at something. Actually in part, this is right, as the good/evil aspect is what happens when things become out of balance. All of this can become as one with the good when one pours the Universal Love into it. It becomes good by reason of changing its qualities thus bringing back the balance.
You cannot continue to expect cooperation from other beings, both seen and unseen, if ones does not respect their principles.
As long as you continue to make constant steps toward change on behalf of man, mistakes made in the moment will be balanced out.
We must all work together, like fingers on a hand. We are all individuals very specially trained to do a specific job, which only you can do.

Do what you have to do as if each thing is new and exciting, and wonderful. You will indeed love what you are doing because you are doing it for God and with God.
If you need a break, take a walk and enjoy the wonders of nature all around you. If you open your eyes you cannot fail to see these wonders. Communicate with them; all of this helps to keep your vibrations raised.
Do you realize that we have all the wisdom, all the knowledge, all the understanding within? You do not need to seek it out, take time to go within and find it!
When asking the universe of, or for anything, precede it with - "If it is of the highest wisdom" my desire is to - - -, and so on.
There is a need for people who understand both sides of the existing situation, along with the spiritual side.
Everything belongs to one world. If each thing or life lives to itself, it cuts itself off from the great teeming force field of the universe.
If each opens up to the all, then currents flow through unhindered. The forces then flow naturally and open up its strength to us.
All the forces are to be felt; the sun, the moon, the sea, the trees, the very grass we walk on. All are a part of God and all is One life. Play your part in making the One again, with God's help.
Peel the essence of these nature forces and its purpose. Be positive and harmonize with that essence. It is not as difficult as you may think, because these forces will be glad to feel a friendly power such as you.
We are not kept by those who are our guides and masters, but are passed on to the One of whom they are forever conscious.
This is the everlasting light and life of the world. There is no end to God's gifts to His creations. In all this we are but One without separation. Let us extend that awareness of Oneness to all levels, and Let us do it here and now.
All material forms have etheric forms. As well as these, we have spirit along with the etheric counterpart of our physical forms.
