JBRTS - A quick hack from the year 2006... or some
BuzzReqTool, or JBRTS, is a badly named tool that helps buzz to start without crashing.
General: If your Buzz doesn't work (crashes on startup) you could try removing certain registry keys. This tool helps to do that. The keys in question are "Recent File List" and "DockState-Summary". All you lose is recent file list and/or toolbar positions, depending on which key(s) YOU decide to delete. Every other setting is preserved. No functionality is lost! NOTE: The registry keys are what I myself have found problematic, on the two computers I've used buzz. The operating systems I've used are Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
